At DodecaTees we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return products you have bought. Whilst we don't do exchanges, we will gladly offer a store credit or refund for items you wish to return back to us on the following conditions:
All returns will go through an assessment once they arrived at our warehouse, and we may refuse any returns that don't meet the above conditions.
The products are under your responsibility until they reached our warehouse. So please ensure everything is packed securely. You may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the value of the items that you are shipping. Unfortunately, DodecaTees cannot be responsible for lost parcel that were not sent by traceable / insured post.
The return costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non refundable (the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Anything else I need to know?
Once we have received the items back at our warehouse, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to undergo a quality check, and for your request to be fully processed. Once done, you will receive an email notification from us letting you know if the return has been accepted.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
We will refund using your original payment method, or on gift card where appropriate at our discretion.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
